The Brand

My name is Cassidy Childs, the founder of Out West Supply Co, formerly Childs Collective Custom Apparel.

I was born and raised in Sooke, on Vancouver Island, and started the Childs Collective in
2023. In May of 2024, I expanded my business and opened up a store front in
Port Renfrew BC. After a successful and busy summer season, I shut my doors for the quiet winter months and went back to the drawing board. I have since rebranded Childs Collective to Out West Supply Co, where I am continuing to expand my products and working closely with local artists. 

Opening my storefront has allowed me to showcase my west coast apparel brand while also supporting other local small businesses. Creating a space where everyone can find something special while supporting local. 

Summer 2025 will be my second season with the storefront, and I have poured my heart and soul into every detail. Balancing this venture with my full-time job has been challenging, but incredibly rewarding. My store front is more than just a place to shop; it's a hub for local art and passion.
